With Jacques gone, it was Adam Collard's turn to enter the picture. When asked if she cared about any potential backlash in the villa, because she moved on to Adam quite quickly, Paige said she wasn't concerned: "I got to the point where I just didn't care anymore in there. What else am I meant to do when I'm in Love Island?"
In a reversal of roles, Adam has now been kicked to the curb after a video emerged of him cosying up to a girl in a fast food restaurant on a night out. Does this leave room for Gemma Owen's ex Jacques to regain Paige's affections? Probing the brunette Grace asks, “do you think you would get back with Jacques?"
With some hesitation she responds, "there has been slight contact. No contact with the lips! Let's not forget how this boy done me in Casa", she jokes, referring to Jacques getting to know a new islander while she waited for him to come back to the main villa.
"Obviously we had a vibe in there. But he done me over. Dickhead. Fine. But we're just going to see where things go. I am in zero rush to be with a man because men are trash."
In this instance, it’s hard to argue with that.
Grace eventually gets to the topic we all want to hear about asking, "can you confirm - you are single?"
Confirming the news Paige says: "I'm single - living my best life!” But she goes on to clarify: “I'm kidding, it's been a really shit time."
When asked about the now infamous video that lead to her breakup with Adam Collard, and whether she knew the girl he was seen embracing, she answered "no, not a clue. But she's come to light now.
Grace tells Paige that she read thatAdam and the mystery blonde were friends, but Paige denied this saying “they’re not friends. But it's not just that video. There are other videos that people don't know about of different people, on the same night, in different locations.
"At first I was like, na, do you know what? It's just an arm. I get that people get flirty. There's nothing to it. If I'm in the club and a guy puts his arm around me, is it cheating? No.
"And then these other videos came out and I'm just like, ooh. Ooh, I can't justify this."
Asked if there were bedrooms involved in these mystery videos Paige says, "more like VIP toilets. Keep it classy, babe."
You'd hope Paige got some sort of heads up before these videos were in every Whatsapp group in the UK and Ireland but alas, no. She explains, "I saw them the same time everybody else did. It was just like, ew. Ok.
"The other videos I saw were sent to me personally in DMs."
Ouch.
Grace commended Paige for not taking to her TikTok or IG Stories to trash Adam, and the star admitted that it was tempting saying, "I would love to go full ham, but is it worth my energy? It's not.
"Deep down I always knew I was going to get done over. Did I get Collarded?"
The big question - would she ever get back with him? Thankfully the answer is a resounding no. "Absolutely not. I mean, would you? Would you get back with someone like that?
"The videos speak for themselves. The ones everyone has seen and the ones only I've seen."
We can't help but think it's only a matter of time before they come out too. Of course, it wasn't Paige or Adam who confirmed their split initially. 2022 winner Ekin-Su was the first islander to speak to the press about it.
Was this ok with Paige? She says, "you know what? It came from a good place. I wouldn't speak on other people's situations but, it just came out. Everyone knew. Everyone knows we're not together."
For some bonus tea spilling, Grace then asked Paige about some fellow Love Islanders, enquiring who she thinks is the 'fakest' couple to come out of Love Island this year, to which she responded: "All I'll say on this is there are three couples left but really, there are only two. But that's a secret I'll never tell."
We think we know who she means and it rhymes with Emma and Mucus.
Asked whether the rumours that she had been seeing Casa Amor boy Billy were true, Paige laughed the idea off insistently saying, "No! We were in the same event. That's all."
Never one to let a chance for goss go past, Grace asked if she would “shag Billy?" …Unforch there's no gossip to be had there as she said she wouldn't.
Sorry Billy.
