It’s the lovely Dermot O’Leary, this week’s man candy shout-out.

Dermot first showed off his skills in listening, consoling and hugging with the Big Brother gang on Channel 4. Since then he has travelled the world in the X Factor’s bid to find talent.

Dermot is approaching the big ‘4 Oh’ fast, but you wouldn’t think it, his cheeky smile takes years off him.

The reasons we love Dermot? There are too many, but we will name a few…

He’s handsome. You can’t deny that.

He knows how to make the best of a bad situation. We think Dermot has proved this on more than one occasion, and on live television too.

He makes peace, not war. Our man Derm has spent many a show calming the judges’ hot tempers down.
