“Massive Shock” – Model Gets Engaged After 11 Week Romance

Kelly Brook is engaged to boyfriend David McIntosh.  The model and David, better known as Tornado from popular show Gladiators, have been together for just 11 weeks. According to The Sun the 34-year-old has fallen "head over heels" for the former Royal Marine and was left "dumbstruck" by his surprise proposal. "It’s still a closely guarded secret and came to Kelly as a massive shock," a friend of the model told the paper. "But she is at that time in her life now where she wants to make a commitment and she has fallen head over heels for David."

Brook's tweet on Thursday to celebrate "International Day of Happiness" is rumoured to be a hint at the couple's proposal. The pair began their romance after meeting at a New Year's Eve party at Steam & Rye. David denied claims accusing him of using Brook as a profile boost, explaining: "Media attention isn't a new thing.
