Yikes.

Megan Barton Hanson has revealed the struggles of keeping a united front following the first Dancing on Ice live performance.

After stories circulated that the Love Island star was looking less than impressed to be in the audience watching her boyfriend, Wes Nelson, dance in a steamy routine with professional skater, Vanessa Bauer; it turns out she had her own reasons for looking unhappy.

Taking to Instagram the following night, Megan took to her stories to post a rant tagging Vanessa Bauer and voicing her upset for “never reaching out” to her prior to the show.

But since, the post has been deleted and in an interview with The Sun, Megan revealed that she doesn’t regret what she said.

“Every woman will tell you it’s not ideal to have your boyfriend spending 12 hours a day with another woman – a little introduction from Vanessa would have gone a long way.

“Dancing on Ice is very romantic and all about looking into each other’s eyes and parading around on the ice and being loved up together – it’s not easy to watch.”

Megan and Wes met and started dating during Love Island last summer.

“Wes is my main priority, I love him. I am so passionate about him but it is going to be difficult now.”

Explaining that she first met the skater on Sunday night, Megan described the chat as “forced” and wished Vanessa would have reached out sooner.

“Girl to girl, if you’re spending that much time with someone’s boyfriend you would reach out to them and say ‘hi,’ you would introduce yourself,” she told the publication.

And lastly, Megan decided to delete the rant as it was in the heat on the moment, explaining that she’s “only human” and was “pushed over the edge” but she stands by what she said.
