Two VERY surprising baby names.

As royal fans will know, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their first child in Spring 2019 and there's great excitement surrounding the couple at the moment. Apparently, Diana is the early favourite baby name if the little one is a girl which would be fitting and a very lovely choice too. However, according to reports, there are a couple of other surprising baby names in the mix but we're going to take these suggestions with a pinch of salt. Speaking to those attending an event at Australia House in London yesterday, Prince Charles revealed that some monikers have made the shortlist. He explained that some of these suggestions were put forward during the couple's royal tour of Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga which took place last month. Prince Charles said:

"My son Harry tells me that during their recent tour of Australia, he and his wife were offered countless thoughtful suggestions for the naming of their forthcoming baby. Just between us, I suspect that Kylie and Shane may possibly make the shortlist."

Now, we can't be sure but many believe that he was referring to Kylie Minogue, an Australian native, and cricketer Shane Warne, who also hails from the country. Two very surprising baby name suggestions but there's every chance that the couple will break with tradition and opt for a 'different' name. There is one royal 'rule' that they do have to follow when their child is born and it's to do with the timing of sharing the baby's name with the world. It is essential that the Queen is told of the news first and tradition dictates that the couple wait a few days after the baby's birth before publicly announcing the official name.
