Can we visit please?

Meghan Markle's bump

As we’ve been at pains to make you aware, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are having a baby.

The royal couple have been up the walls trying to get their new home of Frogmore Cottage in Windsor ready for the new arrival.

The whole place is being kitted out with a growing family in mind – and even includes a private space for Meghan’s mum Doria.

Rather than putting Granny up in a cramped guest bedroom full of old boxes, they’ve reportedly refurbished a building next to Frogmore Cottage for Doria to stay in.

Plans for the refurbishments at Frogmore show that Meghan and Harry have done up the one-bedroom outbuilding so it’s “perfect for housing a visiting grandma”, according to the Daily Mail.

It’ll ensure that the duchess always has her mum nearby when she comes to stay but that Doria has her own space – and that Meghan and Harry do too.

Doria, who lives in LA, is expected to fly to the UK this week in time for the arrival of her grandchild.

It was reported earlier this year that Meghan and Harry won’t be hiring a nanny and that they’ll rely on Doria for help when the baby comes.
