Meghan Markle ditches royal tradition once again by wearing THIS on her latest engagement

She's not playing by the rules.

And rightly so.

Although royals hardly ever opt to wear trainers while attending royal engagements, Meghan Markle is giving them all a lesson in comfortable style by her latest choice of footwear.

While attending Abel Tasman National Park on the South Island, Meghan kept things cool and casual by wearing a pair of Adidas runners by Stella McCartney.

The runners which have already sold out on Net-A-Porter cost a sweet €280 and can be seen by the duchess here as she strolls alongside her husband.

The pair forever hand-in-hand.

Typically, the women in the royal family opt for plimsoles, with both Kate Middleton and the late, Lady Diana, seen wearing ones from Superga, but Meghan is changing things up with big brands like Adidas and Veja.

Today, Prince Harry also revealed the cutest term by which he currently refers to his baby by.

Talking to crowds gathered at Abel Tasman National Park on the South Island, Prince Harry gave a brief speech.

Explaining his excitement to be on South Island with not just his wife, but with his baby too, Prince Harry said the following:

“From myself and my wife and our little bump, we are so grateful to be here. We bring blessings from my grandmother the Queen and our family. We are so grateful for your hospitality and the work you do to look after this beautiful place.”

Little bump – how CUTE.

Both Harry and Meghan are still in high spirits despite the fact they’re nearing the end of their hectic 16-day tour which has seen them visit Australia, New Zeland, Figi and Tonga.

This is the pair’s first tour outside of the UK and Ireland as a married couple and was also a special one for them as it was centered about the Invictus Games, which was when Harry and Meghan made their first public apperance as an item in 2017.
