Meghan Markle’s dad is really pissed off at the Queen for a bizarre reason

Meghan Markle's dad has said that he's really pissed off at the Queen. Thomas Markle has lamented Queen Elizabeth's decision to meet Donald Trump when she has apparently refused to meet him. The 73-year-old told TMZ:

“If the Queen is willing to meet our arrogant and insensitive president she has no excuse not to meet me, I’m nowhere near as bad.”

He also said he felt he had been placed "in the penalty box" by the royal family after agreeing to speak to Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain. He was reportedly paid £7,500 for the interview. A source close to the royal family has said that Meghan "doesn't understand" why her dad has shared more details of her life with the public again. The source told Yahoo News:

"She is trying so hard to fit in and adapt to this very new way of life and she was once again blindsided by a father who supposedly cares about her and doesn’t want to embarrass her."

During the interview, her dad spoke of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's plans to have children - as well as the prince's political beliefs.
