Meghan made her final official public appearance before starting her maternity leave on Monday at a Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey. She wore a cream chain-print dress by Victoria Beckham along with a matching jacket and pillbox hat, accessorising with a green clutch and heels. It was the second Commonwealth Day engagement for Meghan and Harry, who visited Canada House that morning for an event.
