Millie Bobby Brown admits she used to think the Earth was flat

She previously had said there were ‘so many facts’ to show the Earth isn’t round.

Millie Bobby Brown has admitted that she used to think that the Earth was flat.

The Stranger Things actress, 18, made the revelation about being a ‘flat earther’ while hooked up to a lie detector, and, according to the device, she wasn’t lying.

She was asked about the time she said in a TikTok video from 2018 that she believed the Earth was flat.

In the video from when she was 14, Millie said there are “so many facts” to prove the Earth is flat.

“Unfortunately, yes I did [say that]” the Enola Holmes star told Vanity Fair.

When asked if she still believed the conspiracy theory, she replied “no” – and the lie detector thankfully confirmed that she was telling the truth.

But it doesn’t sound like she’s 100 percent ruling out the possibility of the Earth being flat.

“I’ve never seen, like the, you know; you know when you’re on a plane sometimes you can see it? The curve? I’ve not seen that yet,” she added during Vanity Fair’s lie detector series.

Lie detector operator Judd quickly asked if the actor has seen satellite pictures of the Earth’s curvature, to which she replied: “I have. I have, yeah. Thanks, Judd.”

Brown first claimed to believe the conspiracy theory in 2018 during a TikTok Live where a fan asked her if she believed the Earth was flat.

She answered “yes”, citing a Shane Dawson conspiracy video.

“Guys, there are so many facts that it’s flat,” she said at the time.

“I mean think about it, like think about it… Guys, you don’t even know, you don’t even know. I think I am, what do they call it? Um, a flat, I think they call it a flat earther.”
