“This is just the start.”

She took over Love Island, she took over our Instagram feeds and now she’s taking over PrettyLittleThing, well kind of.

PrettyLittleThing has revealed that Molly Mae Hague has just been named the Creative Director of the brand for the UK and EU.

She’s also set to be launching her first-ever exclusively designed collection with the brand.

Molly Mae has been working with PLT ever since she left the villa in 2019, with different collections, backstage clips and podcast interviews, she’s now set to spend the next year working with the brand’s in-house Creative and Brand team.

Her main job now will be to direct upcoming campaigns as well as signing on new faces for the brand.

After hinting about this for a few days, Molly Mae said: “I am so excited to announce my new role as Creative Director of PrettyLittleThing for the UK and EU. It’s a dream to continue working with my favourite brand and we have so much to show you all! This is just the start.”

While CEO at PrettyLittleThing Umar Kamani added: “This felt like a natural fit for us. Molly has been a huge part of our PrettyLittleThing journey and she is so invested in the brand.

“We wanted to explore different avenues together and bring her on board as more of a creative, where she can work closely with our team and be involved in our wider strategy across the UK and Europe over the next 12 months.”

And her new collection is to die for, with the last few weeks of summer fast approaching, this is exactly what you need to get your hands on.

This collection is the go-to for any night out from swimwear to co-ords, all in soft neutrals and earthy tones. Especially with the splash of greens and statement prints.

The collection takes inspiration from Molly Mae’s own style, effortlessly chic and always hitting the right spot. The collection runs in sizes 4-30.
