It’s coming.

Netflix has announced that they will be releasing a docuseries about Robbie Williams which is set to take a look into his long standing career.

The news was announced at the Edinburgh TV Festival as they teased a clip from the show of the singer lying naked on the couch as he describes his singing voice as a “gift from God”.

Set to launch in 2023, it will take an unfiltered, in-depth look at Robbie as an entertainer of more than 30 years.

The series will look into how the media has projected Robbie over the years from his music, addiction, relationships and mental health.

With never seen before footage from the last 25 years, the show is set to be directed by Joe Pearlman and executively produced by Asif Kapadia and Dominic Crossley-Holland.

Asif was a producer on documentaries about Amy Winehouse and Madonna, and this new Robbie one isn’t the only one in the works.

David Beckham is also said to be getting his own Netflix documentary but there is little information regarding this at the moment.

Robbie is set to play three nights in Dublin’s 3Arena this October and November with tickets on sale now.

He is also released his latest studio album XXV on September 9th which will feature reworked version of his old music as well as new songs.
