Cheryl has had a pretty intense year, in fairness to her. She split up with her boyfriend and father of her son, Liam Payne, and she was also dropped from her L'Oreal partnership. However, it wasn't all doom and gloom for the musician. Cheryl signed up to be a judge on BBC1’s new Saturday night show The Greatest Dancer, which we can't wait for by the way. She will sit on a panel with Oti Mabuse and US actor and dancer Matthew Morrison (your man from Glee). Anyway, the lovely Oti recently did an interview, where she spoke candidly about her pal Cheryl. The South African dancer reckons that signing up for Strictly would get Cheryl smiling again after a tough year. And we totally agree. She said: “I would love to see her try. I think if she did Strictly, people would love her and see another side that they haven’t seen yet. She would be brilliant.” Oti also opened up about getting to know Cheryl: “We’re generally getting to know each other and there’s something about her that I love." “I feel like once she lets you in she kind of takes care of you like a sister.”
