Paul Mescal and Phoebe Bridgers are officially dating, maybe

Paul Mescal and Phoebe Bridgers are officially dating. Or at least, as official as you can get when you invite someone to fly from the US to the UK to hang out for an extended period of time. Rumours surrounding the pair's potential romance have been circulating for the guts of a year at this point, and while a few choice comments here and there may have been enough to convince us that the actor and singer were, indeed, dating, it appears as though we finally have official confirmation. A source recently told the Sun that the pair were spotted out and about in Shoreditch together during the UK's bank holiday weekend. What's more is that they seemingly look "so sweet." Cute. The source said said: "They were chatting, laughing and quite tactile. They seemed to really savour their time together." This comes but a few months after Bridgers, who released her second studio album to critical acclaim last year, continued to fuel dating rumours between herself and Mescal when she called him "the sweetest" and "the best."  She also told NME that she thought Paul was a "cute boy" after watching Normal People and so she decided to follow him on Instagram for that very reason. Some months later, they were photographed at the Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire. Neither Mescal nor Bridgers have confirmed or denied the rumours surrounding their relationship, but hey, who among us has flown overseas to catch up with just a friend this past year? Not us, anyway.
