She's almost unrecognisable without that thick, feline flick of eyeliner.

In a long list of airbrushed, fake and annoying celebrities, Adele definitely seems the soundest of a bad bunch. While she earns a pretty penny, she still remains down to earth, honest and downright hilarious. With the release of her latest album, 25, she seems to have penned a certain style - not only with her clothes but her '60s inspired makeup - with many of us dying to emulate the Brigitte Bardot look she continually pulls off. In her latest pictures however, she doesn't seem to be wearing a scrap of makeup yet fans everywhere can't deal with the 28-year-old singer's natural beauty. Posting to her Instagram, her two latest snaps prove that her big, plump lips, killer cheekbones and big blue eyes are au naturel and we've only gotten more green with envy looking at them. The first picture shows the Hello singer sitting outside, deep in thought but her sharp jawbone and facial features still remain beautiful in the casual snap.

The second picture shows her again in Vancouver, pointing at a security shirt she's wearing, but its her glowing porcelain skin that has left people amazed.
