Breakups are never easy – even more so when they happen in front of the entire world.
However, Perrie Edwards seems to be taking it all in her stride.
The Little Mix star went straight back to work, promoting the band’s new single Black Magic, after Zayn Malik called off their engagement earlier this year.
Now, the fiesty songstress has opened up about her three-step break up process to Cosmopolitan.
The 22-year-old advised: “Have that little moment when you’re in your room and you cry.
“Eat some crappy food: chocolate and ice cream and popcorn.”
