Phillip Schofield has been spotted in public for the first time since his bombshell interviews with the BBC and The Sun.

The presenter stepped down from ITV and This Morning after rumours of a feud between himself and c0-host Holly Willoughby. It was later revealed that he was also having an affair with a younger runner.

Making a public appearance for the first time since he broke his silence about his exit from ITV, Schofield was seen packing his car while holding his phone, keys, and now infamous vape.

Phillip left the series after over 20 years on the show and stepped back after he admitted to having an “unwise but not illegal” affair with a young runner on the show.

The pair met when the runner was 15, but the affair began when he was 20, with Phillip admitting that he had lied about their relationship to those at ITV.

Since speaking out about the ordeal with the BBC and The Sun, he has now been spotted on the way to his mum’s 87th birthday celebration.

The sighting comes after Phillip revealed to the sun that he “wouldn’t still be here” if it wasn’t for the support of his daughters.

“I’ve lost everything. It’s all gone,” he told The Sun.

“Telly was my safe space, the one thing I loved. Now I don’t know if I will ever work on telly again.

“I don’t know who I am now. What happens in six months time? What am I going to do?

“I have the rest of my life now to try and plan for Steph and the girls, and hope that I can look after them.”
