Just one week after Kim Kardashian tweeted a photo of her swollen, strap-marked feet to the world (note to self, don't wear the Givenchy strappies on swollen feet), she has been spotted squishing her toes into another pair of stilettos.

The reality TV star tottered along in a pair of sky-high perspex high heels alongside momager Kris Jenner yesterday as the paps snapped. Kim didn't show pain in her face, but her feet did all the talking.

The 32-year-old's feet were so swollen, they were bulging out of the shoe's straps. Her ankles were also suffering. In fact. we'd be surprised if she didn't cut off her circulation for the few hours.

The photos have circled the internet in just a few hours.

According to Radar Online, Kim's partner Kanye is planning a world tour later this year, just months after the birth of their little girl, following the release of his new album.
