PICTURE: Christy Dignam Walks Daughter Down The Aisle

Christy Dignam might be known for being the lead singer of Aslan but today he was the father-of-the-bride.

That’s right the frontman, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer, walked his daughter Kiera down the aisle as she wed her boyfriend Darren Moran.

The couple tied the knot at Our Lady Help of Christians Church in Dublin in front of close family and friends according to the Irish Independent.

Earlier today the band gave a shout out to the happy couple and guests. They wrote on Facebook: “Hi Everyone today is a huge day in the Dignam house, Christy will proudly walk his daughter Kiera down the isle [sic], It’s going to be a fantastic day, Fingers crossed for some sunshine!!!”
