PICTURE: Fans Sent Into Meltdown After Caroline Flack Posts A NSFW Snap To Instagram

Oops. Instagram was sent into meltdown mode on Wednesday evening thanks to an accidental nip slip by Caroline Flack. The X Factor host posted a snap of herself on the picture-sharing site, but showed off a bit too much by accident. She quickly deleted the snap before posting it once more, this time properly cropped, but fans had already managed to screengrab the original.
