Madonna and Kanye West got in for a pouting selfie together at the Keep A Child Alive annual Black Ball in New York on Thursday.
The picture has been a massive hit with Madonna’s Instagram followers, with over 50,000 likes on the snap already. The pair were both turned out extremely well for the event with Kanye sporting a smart black tie outfit while Madonna was rocking a gothic look in a lace bustier.

Keep a Child Alive was co-founded by Alicia Keys in 2003 in order to get HIV medication to African families who do not have access to the necessary treatment.
