Anyone on the market?
Pippa and Kate Middleton have decided to sell their fancy AF apartment in London.
The Sunday Times first announced that the three-story apartment in Chelsea was up for sale.
The apartment was bought in 2002 for £780,000, and is currently on the market for £1.95 million.
Talk about an investment.
Carole and Michael Middleton originally bought the three-bedroom home for their daughters when they left university.
When the sisters lived there, it was apparently decorated with neutral tones and boasted natural light pretty much all day.
How pleasant does that sound?
Also according to the real estate listing, the apartment also has a large master bathroom, large windows, and an “upper floor maisonette that provides a peaceful, light and spacious home.”
Plus, the former residents are royalty, so that’s a plus in itself.
In fairness, selling the apartment makes sense, when you consider where the two ladies live now.
Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge (and future Queen), is currently living in Kensington Palace, so no real need for an apartment.
Pippa has also traded up in a major way, and currently lives in a £17 million mansion with her husband and son.
Not too shabby…
