Prince Harry is eager to find a base in London.

Prince Harry is reportedly longing for his old life after moving to America with his wife Meghan Markle.

The couple has set up a home in Montecito, California with their two children – son Archie and daughter Lilibet – but Prince Harry is reportedly eager to return home to England.

The dad-of-two is finding it hard without a base in England, OK! reports.

“He appears to have distanced himself from his college friends and lacks a permanent UK residence.

“During his visits to London, he typically resides in hotels and avoids public appearances. Undoubtedly, Prince Harry longs for his old friendships,” a source told the publication.

The insider claimed that Prince Harry wants his life back, but sources believe the former working royal wants a base in England, as well as in America.

“Meghan is frustrated that Harry wants his old life back,” they claimed.

“Meghan loves Harry, but she wants to bring out the better side in him. And she’s quite clear on the roles that they should take together and they are trying to work better together on projects.”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were forced to give up their royal residence, Frogmore Cottage, earlier this year. King Charles asked the couple to hand over the keys to their London home.

The couple owned the property until March 2023 after spending €2 million of taxpayer money to renovate the house.

They lived there throughout their marriage and before they stepped down as senior royals and moved to California.

Prince Harry’s cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank reportedly live in Frogmore Cottage now.
