Apparently this is the dramatic reason Prince Philip may skip Eugenie’s wedding

Well, this is awkward.

We're starting to get really exciting about the upcoming royal wedding. In October, Princess Eugenie will marry Jack Brooksbank, in what is due to be a lavish affair. We can't wait! However, like all family occasions, the wedding won't come without it's own share of drama. Apparently, Sarah Ferguson (mother of the bride) and Prince Philip don't exactly get on. This may result in Prince Philip skipping his own granddaughter's wedding. A royal insider told The Mail on Sunday: “It won’t be easy. Philip and Sarah will be in relatively close proximity to each other and Sarah’s very nervous about it.” “People have been giving her some friendly advice. As long as she doesn’t go over the top on the day, it should all be fine.” Apparently this royal feud began in the 90s, when Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson announced their marriage separation. Post split there were some photos of Sarah released which were less than ideal for the royal family image. And while the pictures angered many members of the family, apparently Prince Philip is the only one still holding a grudge. Literally to the point where they can't be in the same house as each other. Sarah visited the Queen at Balmoral in August, and a source said: “Her Majesty often has the Duchess for a few days at Balmoral early in her annual summer holiday there, but Prince Philip does not like being in the same building as her.” Yikes. That's uncomfortable.
