Apparently we’ve all been pronouncing Rihanna’s name wrong this whole time

In a video shared by British Vogue earlier this week, the singer/ makeup mogul/ fashionista was speaking from her pop-up store in Paris. It was celebrating the launch of her own luxury brand, Fenty.

"Hello British Vogue, it's Rihanna," she said to the camera. Standard enough, right? Well, the way she said her own name left us, and many Twitter users, rather shook.

She called herself Ree-Anna, rather than Ree-Ah-Na. Yes there is a difference. Twitter literally erupted at the realisation, with fans taking to the social channel to apologise to Queen RiRi.
