She’s famous for following ex-boyfriend Mark Wright around like a lost puppy, piling on the pounds and falling out of clubs looking worse for wear but it seems that the 26-year-old is now turning her hand to underwear modelling in her latest bid for fame.

The curvy brunette is no stranger to an extreme diet and fitness regime and her weight seems to yoyo from week to week so we can only imagine what lengths Lauren went to prior to the tweets.

Having endorsed the Cambridge diet where followers drink ready-made shakes for a week before gradually introducing low calorie food back into their diet, Lauren is now regularly hitting the gym and seems to be resorting to more sensible weight-loss methods.

We commend her efforts but does anyone really want to see a grainy snap taken in front of a mirror? She’ll never flog a calendar in time for Christmas if she keeps this up!
