Last December, Dani Dyer announced that she split from Jack Fincham via an Instagram story.
Taking to social media, and to her 3.6 million followers, Dani wrote:
“Jack and I have sadly decided to part ways. It’s been an incredible six months, and we will always have a place in our hearts for each other, but we’ve sadly come to the realisation that it’s not meant to be long term.
We both plan to stay friends. I hope you’ll all understand. Love Dani x.”

Confirming shortly after that the pair didn’t actually split and it was a rash decision in the heat of the moment, Dani reminded her fans that she’s “only young” and trying to navigate through her relationship in the public eye.
Now, having moved out of the apartment she shares with Jack Fincham to keep the spark alive, the 22-year-old recalled what actually caused her to “split” from Jack.
“When we first came out of Love Island together, we moved into a flat and started filming our show.
“It was sort of way too much and out flat became a work home. It was really hard because we weren’t having those exciting times where you miss each other.
“He would drink a can of Coke then leave it in the fridge… then I’d get upset about it and we’d start rowing over a towel, the row would be over a towel because I’d be like ‘where is your respect for me?’ Dani revealed on the Johnathan Ross Show.

Continuing that moving out then became the best solution to their problem, Dani revealed that her relationship is now “fine”, adding that they’re just “trying to be happy.”
Dani and Jack were the winners of last year’s Love Island and now, the only remaining couple of the hit series following Adam Collard and Zara McDermott’s split in January.
