Music legend and all-round icon Rihanna has bought the $10 million home next to her own ensuring that she is effectively her own neighbour. The We Found Love singer bought her $13.8 million house in Beverly Hills three months ago, and just recently she made the decision to buy the neighbouring property as well. Her latest investment was built in the 1930s and sits on a half-acre estate. The property has four bedrooms, four and half bathrooms and a pool. Rihanna currently resides in the larger, and indeed more expensive, property. Her home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms as well as a swimming pool. The two properties together sit on over 11,000 square feet. Additionally, there is an entirely separate guest house, as well as a garage that can accommodate a whopping ten vehicles. Top that all with a built-in BBQ and an outdoor dining space, and Rihanna is all set to host Hollywood's most banging party. It's no wonder the Barbadian singer is expanding her Hollywood realm. Her empire of wealth has recently seen some incredible growth. Rihanna is the co-owner of the hugely popular Fenty Beauty brand, as well as her lingerie line, Savage x Fenty. The brand has been valued at $1 billion. Just this week, Rihanna dropped her latest collection, a bridal lingerie brand aptly named Wifey Material. As well as her success in business, Rihanna holds on to the prestigious title of the world's wealthiest female musician, surpassing Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé, and Madonna on the way to the top. The neighbouring Beverly Hills homes are not the only property the singer has to her name. She owns $6.8 million villa in the nearby Hollywood Hills, an apartment in Willshire Corridor, LA and a $5.2 million condo in Century City. On top of that, the singer also owns a mansion in Barbados, naturally.
