We love Rihanna.
There’s no getting around it – she’s pretty amazing. Whether it’s her music, her love of football, her zero fucks attitude, her sensational live shows, or her sense of humour, she seems to tick most of the boxes. But it turns out that nobody’s perfect.
That’s right – even the Barbadian songstress has a serious chink in her armour. She may boast eight Grammy Awards, eight American Music Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, two BRIT Awards, and a legion of fans, but she can’t do something most of us take for granted.
Thanks to eagle-eyed NotAgainBen, it has surfaced that one of the most talented pop stars of the last decade or so, cannot wink. The simple act of closing one eye and keeping the other one open in unison is utterly beyond her – and it’s not for the want of trying.
Ben has collated a very funny collection of examples of Rihanna attempting to wink and failing miserably. She seems to think that blinking with both eyes is sufficient in hiding her weakness but she’s not fooling anyone.
So rest assured. Rihanna may have beauty, fame, fortune and a life of luxury…but at least you can wink.
