The 35-year-old opened up recently about the morning sickness she experienced during her first trimester, saying: "I've just been nauseous. I feel like I have the world's worst hangover but I didn't have any booze so it's not justified."
Later during a Q&A online, she told her followers that he pregnancy had been going well but that there had been some "complications."
"Pregnancy is good and I am good," she said. "It hasn't been that way the whole way through, we've had complications but thankfully myself and baby are very healthy and very well so I'm very lucky."
She added: "I was very sick but what I will say is every pregnancy is different. So you need to talk to your GP or midwife because that's what I did and it was the best thing so talk to someone."
Lottie and Fabio married in Italy in 2017.
