Chelsea Handler has revealed Russell Brand was the worst-ever guest on her chat show.
The comedian recently announced she’s leaving behind Chelsea Lately after seven years, but admitted Brand was the only interviewee that was a ‘pain in the ass’ during her time on the show.
Speaking to Grazia magazine, the 39-year old said:
“The only person who was a pain in the ass was Russell Brand. I would never want him back.
“He stopped all of our production schedules because he needed three espressos before he could even come on for his interview.”
The host hasn’t confirmed what style show she will be working with on Netflix, but has got one request. That it doesn’t involve the Kardashian sisters:
“Anything but the Kardashians interest me. Anything that exists within real culture – that’s what I’m interested in now. I could have had a choice not to talk about the Kardashians on my show but people tune in for me making fun of everybody. It’s what I do.
“And now I want to do things differently. I’ll be announcing a new show soon.”
Netflix has confirmed that the popular presenter will be fronting a new programme that will air in 2016 but did not provide any further details as regards frequency or scheduling.
