An unnamed person has come forward with abuse allegations against the director Justin Baldoni.
The accuser, who has not been named, has claimed Baldoni verbally abused them.
In documents obtained by The Daily Mail, the accuser, whose name was redacted in the documents, says they experienced multiple negative interactions when working with Baldoni.
They claim to have suffered "repeated, negative interactions with Mr. Baldoni and his associates, including verbal abuse by Mr. Baldoni."
The individual did not work with Baldoni on It Ends With Us, but they did work with him on a Wayfarer Studios project.
They also requested that Baldoni not be involved in any "marketing or public relations efforts."
The person is expected to testify during the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni trial in 2026.
TMZ confirmed that Blake Lively's lawyer filed the individual's sworn declaration.
Blake Lively sued her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment in 2024. Baldoni’s alleged behaviour also caused Lively “severe emotional distress.”
Baldoni then sued Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist for extortion, as well as defamation.
The $400 million lawsuit alleged Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, hijacked It Ends With Us’ production and marketing.
It also claimed the pair manipulated media to smear Baldoni and other members of the production with false claims of harassment.
The lawsuit was dismissed by New York federal Judge Lewis J. Liman in June 2025.
Lively v. Wayfarer Studios et al., is scheduled for trial in March 2026 in New York.
