We have been talking a lot about that moment on the Oscars when John Travolta accidentally called the wonderful Idina Menzel “Adele Dazim” at the ceremony. In case you missed it, here’s the clip.
After the event, Travolta released a statement to “apologise” for the mistake, according to the Daily Mail.
‘I’ve been beating myself up all day.
‘Then I thought, what would Idina Menzel say? She’d say, let it go, let it go!’
‘Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy Frozen took home two Oscars Sunday night!’
Thankfully, Idina wasn’t too bothered about the mix-up. She apparently found it “quite funny.”
