“She’s Like An Idiot Puppy” Not Everyone Is Impressed With Rihanna’s Choice Of Date For The Grammys

It’s official: Rihanna and Chris Brown are well and truly back together and they’re planning on proving it by making their first official public appearance together at the Grammy Awards tomorrow.

EntertainmentWise reports that Rihanna’s people have already ‘confirmed’ that Chris will be escorting the singer to the music event and that Rihanna is busy getting herself into the right state of mind of the awards.

“Rihanna’s turned up and getting into that performers frame of mind right now. She’s focussed and looking forward to the Grammys and she will be with Chris the whole night, so you know that’s going to be extra f**king special. He already told her he would go with her, so it’s a wrap,” said a close friend of the Diamonds singer.

While RiRi is happy to show the world that herself and Chris have managed to patch things up, a newspaper columnist has slammed the singer saying that her relationship with Chris is completely “disgraceful.”

Earlier this week, Rihanna showed her support for Chris by accompanying him to court. Rihanna reportedly blew a kiss at Chris as he sat through a hearing in relation to claims that he faked the amount of community service hours that he completed.

The couple left the courthouse together arm-in-arm and were spotted laughing and joking with each other as they got into Chris’ car. Rihanna sat beside Chris’ mother, Joyce Hawkins, through the hearing.

However Andrea Peyser, a columnist for the New York Post, said that Rihanna is sending out the wrong message to women around the world and to victims of domestic violence.

“With young women wanting to grow up to be Rihanna, this is a disgrace,” said Ms Peyser.

“She [Rihanna] say in the gallery beside Brown’s mom in a show of support so vile, RiRi seemed to be telling the world that women secretly deserve to be punished,” she added.

Ms Peyser continued to state that Rihanna is humiliating herself and doing nothing except “trailing Brown like an idiot puppy.”
