Shirley Ballas is thanking her fans and viewers of Strictly Come Dancing after they helped her discover a “concerning” lump under her arm.
Spotting the suspicious lump under her arm, viewers of the show reached out to the dancer on social media and asked her to go get it checked out.
The head judge also said that viewers from BBC’s The One Show had previously gotten in contact with her about the same lump.
Speaking about the ordeal, Shirley said that doctors had gotten back some “concerning” results after she went for blood tests.

“The doctor said that she thought my levels were not right, my hormone levels weren’t right,” she said on Instagram.
Adding that her testosterone and oestrogen levels aren’t as they should be, she added: “All in all, a little concerning for my doctor.”
The 61 year old also said: “Anyway to each and every one of you who started me on this road thank you so much.
“I’ll keep you all updated each and every one of you.
“Remember health is wealth so I’ll be on top of these issues for the time being.
“With gratitude to you all.”
Shirley said tests had shown her testosterone levels to be “ultra-high”, as well as her oestrogen levels “extremely low”, meaning that she needs to have scans done on her adrenal glands and ovaries.
Fellow Strictly judge Motsi Mabuse commented on the video, saying: “Take care of yourself.”
While Olympian Adam Peaty, who is taking part in the show this year, added: “Sending all my love and positive energy.”
