Simon Cowell is not really a man you would want to get on the wrong side of, but it seems that Gary Barlow has done just that! And this time it’s through no fault of his own.
Apparently the man who would have brought Gary onto the X Factor as a judge is annoyed at the fact that the Take That singer has been awarded an OBE before him.

Gary Barlow was awarded an OBE much to Simon's "irritation."
According to reports Simon’s new biography, entitled Sweet Revenge, reveals that the music mogul is bitter because he has spent years trying to get one.
Author Tom Bower wrote: “The announcement that Barlow would receive an OBE… added to his irritation. He chased that madly to get three initials after his name.”
Gary has not only contributed to the music industry over the years as a singer and songwriter but he was also heavily involved in the celebrations for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee earlier this year.

Gary was involved in the celebrations for the Queen's Jubilee this year.
But clearly this doesn’t bode well with Simon who is said to have commented on the fact that Gary “clawed his way back after a disastrous attempt to become a solo star…”
Worse still, the book claims that the 52 year old texted his friends criticising the singer turned talent show judge.
Talk about throwing a rattle out of a pram!
