Singer Angie Stone has reportedly been arrested for domestic aggravated assault after an alleged incident involving her daughter Diamond.
According to TMZ the 30-year-old is claiming that her mother hit her in the face with a metal stand, knocking out her two front teeth.
Angie (53) alleges that Diamond punched her in the face after which she grabbed a metal stand to defend herself. She then accidentally hit her daughter.
She also told police that as soon as she realised what she had done, she put down the stand and tried to leave. She claims that Diamond came after her again.
The argument is said to have broken out after Angie told Diamond to clean up after her children.
Diamond, who denied fighting back against her mother, was also taken into police custody. She was later released without charge.
