Stacey and Joe tied the knot on Sunday afternoon.

Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash tied the knot in a stunning ceremony at their Essex home, Pickle Cottage over the weekend.

The parents reportedly had “the best day ever” after finally saying ‘I do’.

The couple’s wedding had been delayed due to both the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as Stacey’s pregnancy.

Following their ceremony on Sunday, Solomon gave fans a glimpse at their beautiful venue.

Stacey and Joe married at home but transformed their £1.2 million Essex abode into a stunning wedding venue for the day.

Stacey posted a video of their wedding set up after they tied the knot on Sunday.

She captioned the video, ‘The calm before our forever’.

In the clip, the grounds surrounding their home are transformed with fairy lights, white flowers, white chairs, and a huge marque.

They may have celebrated their marriage over the weekend, but Stacey revealed that it wasn’t actually legal.

She said they will need to have an official civil ceremony at a later date.

However, both she and Joe really wanted to get married at home.

“To get married anywhere legally, the place has to have a ‘civil ceremony license. One of the requirements for this license is that the premises must be made ‘readily available for ceremonies.”

“As this is our private family home and we need it to remain that way. We couldn’t go for that option.”

“We are having a relaxed private blessing in front of our closest friends and family.

Stacey and Joe had “a ceremony of our love to each other”.

She said they will then “register our marriage legally after.”
