Well this has us feeling very old.

Lagi Demetriou, who was half of the Cypriot/Irish dancing duo Stavros Flately alongside his father, has become a father himself.

In 2008, Lagi and his dad Demetrios reached the final of Britain’s Got Talent. He was just 12-years-old when they came in fourth place behind Julian Smith, Susan Boyle and Diversity.

The 25-year-old shared the news that his fiancée Annika Crawford has given birth to a baby on social media.

In a post on Instagram, Lagi shared a precious black and white photo of his new baby clutching his fingers. He also revealed that the new baby is called Xenia Demetriou.

Annika shared the same photo on her own grid.

According to the photo tag, baby Xenia was born in Paphos, Cyprus on 31 March.

Singer Molly Rainford commented with: “Congrats to you both.”

The couple, who have been together for over five years, were engaged on New Year’s Eve in 2020

In a post celebrating Lagi’s birthday last year, Annika described her partner as “my love, my partner in crime, my best friend, my everything.”
