Indeed, almost 150,000 people have reacted to the post which while joyful in its delivery wasn't devoid of her trademark self-effacing tone. "9 months sober today! And the beginning of an ab is appearing. Very pleased. Still can’t make my bed though," she wrote alongside the full-size selfie taken in her bedroom. The Hard Out Here singer, who turns 35 on Saturday, followed her announcement with a photo of a rose bouquet, which was artfully arranged to include her initial - a particularly nice touch considering Lily once worked as a florist. 'Lucky ME, an early birthday present', she wrote alongside the post which naturally generated excitement among followers who were only dying to know whether they came courtesy of a certain Stranger Things star. Indeed, Lily and David Harbour's relationship has been a massive talking point among fans this week with many speculating that the pair are now engaged after Lily shared a photo of herself wearing what looks like an engagement ring.
