“Those Wasted Years” Brad Pitt Makes Another Dig At Jennifer Aniston

Uh-oh, it looks as though Brad Pitt could be in some trouble with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston. Why? Well, apparently he’s after making some more insensitive comments about what life was like for him before he met Angelina (aka the time he spent with Jen).

In the new issue of Esquire magazine, Brad openly admits that he took drugs and lived a drifter life until he found “true happiness” with Angelina Jolie.

“For a long time I thought I did too much damage – drug damage. I was a bit of a drifter,” said Brad.

“A guy who felt he grew up in something of a vacuum and wanted to see things, wanted to be inspired. I followed that other thing. I spent years [expletive] off. But then I got burnt out and felt that I was wasting my opportunity,” he added.

It goes without saying that many, MANY people believe that Brad is referring to those “wasted years” as the time he was married to Jen. And this isn’t the first time that Brad has made some remarks about his ex-wife. Brads post-divorce comments have been such a regular occurance that Jen once said her former husband was “missing a sensitivity chip.”

However, Brad admitted that since his divorce, he has managed to change for the better.

“It was a conscious change. This about a decade ago. It was an epiphany – a decision not to squander my opportunities. It was a feeling of get up. Because otherwise what’s the point?,” said Brad.

“I alwaysthought that if I wanted to do family, I wanted to do it big. I wanted there to be chaos in the house... there’s constant chatter in our house, whether it’s giggling or screaming or crying or banging.

“I love it. I love it. I love it. I hate it when they’re gone. I hate it. Maybe it’s nice to be in a hotel room for a day – ‘Oh, nice, I can finally read a paper.’ But then, by the next day, I miss that cacophony, all that life,” he added.
