Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are Officially Divorced After Splitting Earlier This Summer

A  judge has signed off on the Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes divorce settlement in New York.

Katie filed for divorce in June, much to the surprise of 'Top Gun' star, Tom Cruise, who was in Iceland filming his latest flick ‘Oblivion’.

According to The New York Post, the agreement was presented by Justice Matthew Cooper on Monday and the stars are now officially single.

Although the terms of the agreement are confidential they are believed to be prodominantly about the couple’s daughter, Suri.

The judge ordered the file to be impounded which will ensure that it is far away from the prying eyes of the media.
