‘I tried to hide him’: Una Healy has just gone public with her new boyfriend

We love love, especially at Christmastime, so we're only delighted to see that Una Healy has just shared the news of a new romance in her life. The Saturdays singer posted a photo of herself and former Limerick senior hurler David Breen, confirming the rumours that they're an item. Taking to Instagram, Una shared a photo of them posing in front of a Christmas tree alongside the caption, "I have tried to hide him but he’s too tall." The post was inundated with well wishes from Una's celebrity friends, including stylist Michele McGrath, model Rozanna Purcell, blogger Rosie Connolly and Xposé host Glenda Gilson. The couple have been linked to one another for a number of weeks but have avoided publicly sharing their relationship until now. They were first spotted together when Una, 37, was seen with David at a club match last month.

"David wasn’t playing but brought Una to cheer his team on," an onlooker said at the time. “They both got really caught up in the game and were celebrating with the team after in the clubhouse."

It's the first serious relationship for Una since she and her husband, English rugby player Ben Foden, parted ways during the summer. The split came after Ben allegedly cheated on the star with a friend who worked in PR. They have two children together, six-year-old Aoife Belle and three-year-old Tadgh.
