Last September, former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos allegedly crashed her Ferrari outside Southgate Tube station in London and following a breath test was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
She was held in custody for a short time before being released on bail.
NME reports that her car allegedly crashed into an elderly couple's Saab, and the singer is due to appear in court on Monday, April 4th to face charges of drink-driving and dangerous driving.
She could be facing a driving ban of up to one year for drink-driving while dangerous driving carries a minimum one-year ban.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "A woman has been charged with driving offences following a collision on September 10, 2015, outside Southgate Underground Station.
Last January Contostavlos lost an appeal against a conviction for assaulting a blogger Savvas Morgan at V Festival in 2013.
