"We'd been on a driving rip to Florida in December and I didn't feel that well" said Helen.
"We weren't drinking much but I felt like I had a hangover. We thought it was the heat and sun but a little bit of us was wondering, 'What if…?'"
Helen and Ritchie, who live near Warrington in Cheshire, have decided to wait to find out the sex of their baby as they want to keep it a surprise.
As they're both into sport (Helen has undergone sporting challenges for charity while Richie plays rugby for Warrington Wolves), they think their little one will "will have more footballs, tennis balls and rugby balls than any other kid in the country."
