TV3 Presenter Separates From Husband of Four Years

It has emerged that TV3 presenter Sinead Desmond and her husband David Ryan have separated after four years of marriage.

A statement from her agent has confirmed the split which is said to have happened five months ago.

“On behalf of Sinead Desmond and David Ryan, it is with regret that after six years together Sinead Desmond and David Ryan have decided to end their marriage of four years.”

 

Sinead and David were together for six years and married for four.

The television presenter also spoke of her heartache and affection for David, a professional sailor and businessman, in a statement to the Evening Herald: “There is no-else involved. David is a wonderful guy and we are still great friends.

“This is a private and personal matter and we hope you respect our privacy at this time. There will be no further comment from either David or myself.”

 

The television presenter hasn't let her personal issues affect her work.

Things haven’t exactly been easy for the couple who tied the knot in France back in 2009; Sinead suffered a suspected brain haemorrhage five years ago and the ex-couple have previously spoken about issues in their attempts to conceive a child. 

According to reports the Ireland AM star is not expected to be on the show tomorrow morning.
