Twitter Feud: Footballer’s Wife Rooney Hits Back At A Royal’s Wedding Dress Comments

Bing! Bing! Twitter feud alert... and this time the tension is between a twosome we never in our lives would have envisaged even talking...

Footballer's wife slash columnist slash designer slash author slash ambassador of a new hobby Coleen Rooney has hit back at Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall about the price of her wedding dress.

Yes, the dress that she wore to her wedding with Wayne Rooney in June of 2008.

Camilla was at a financial education event in London, HeatWorld reports, and commented on a claim that Coleen's wedding dress cost £5million and was covered in diamonds.

Camilla was heard saying that Coleen should be more careful with her money.

Big mistake, Camil.

Prince Charles' wife Camilla reportedly commented on Coleen's wedding dress. 

Coleen took to the Twitter machine today to dispel any rumours that she spent that much on her dress.

“I apparently paid around 5 million for my wedding dress!! Joke!!! Diamonds on it..... Not one! Camilla (Dutchess of Cornwall) should know better and teach children to not always believe the rubbish reported in papers,” she tweeted.
