Unscripted: Danny O’Donoghue Reveals His Most Embarrassing Moment

Danny O’Donoghue has revealed his most embarrassing moment.

The Script front singer said himself and his band were playing a show with former Beatles icon Paul McCartney four years ago when the incident took place.

The 32-year-old told the Irish Sun: “We performed at Shea Stadium in NewYork in 2009 supporting Sir Paul.

“I was introducing each band member as they played a solo, and when it came to my turn, I was supposed to play a piano riff but I hit the wrong button and it came out as drums.

“It sounded rubbish. That was bad.”

The UK Voice judge and mentor sys he’s impressed with the amount of hopefuls coming on the show this year with instruments.

“We’ve seen more people turning up with guitars or playing the piano. I love that.”
