The 30-year-old has been working out ahead of her return to our screens with her brand new programme Body SOS, where she will help 16 people get body confident for the beach.

And by the looks of it, there is no better women, the former Geordie Shore star joined friends on the beach for a dip, wearing a flattering cutaway ASOS swimsuit and we think she looks her best yet.

The star who has been only on our screens part-time has reportedly been working on her herself and her relationships with loved ones and now feels 2018 is a better time than ever to return to MTV.

The former jungle queen has had an eventful 2017 however, as she got engaged and bought a home with her new fiancé, John Noble.
