If you were watching The Late Late Show last weekend, you’ll know how Dermot O’Leary feels about folk and country singer Brendan Shine.
The X Factor host told the audience that Brendan was his hero when he was eight years old and that he once went to a gig with his father and got to meet Brendan backstage.
Dermot was ridiculously excited to think that the singer might be in the audience and was visibly disappointed when he realised he wasn’t there.
However, the TV host was in Easons on O’Connell Street this week to sign his new book The Soundtrack To My Life and Ryan decided this was the perfect opportunity to get the pair together.
We don’t think it’s actually possible to love Dermot anymore, just look at that grin.
